Italian Sausage Balls


 

Italian Sausage balls are a great party appetizer or holiday treat.



 


Ingredients:


  • 3 cups Bisquick

  • 1-1/2 lbs Italian Sausage

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

  • 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese or Pecorino Romano cheese (I prefer Romano)

  • ½ cup Half & Half

  • 1 pinch Rosemary

  • Pinch black pepper to taste

  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper (leave out if using hot Italian Sausage)


Preparation:


Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl. Form and shape into balls, bake 20 minutes at 375° or until browned.
